Stamped Concrete

Literally, impressionable! The process of adding texture and color to concrete has become increasingly popular by architects, contractors and designers alike. Appreciated for its durability and natural beauty it is an economical way to re-create almost any texture and look you can imagine, making it a great choice for either new construction or renovations.

Stamped Concrete is created by pouring slab concrete, then impressing it with your favorite style and pattern while the concrete is still in its plastic state. Stamped concrete paired with other production methods, like acid stains, can be used to create even more intricate designs and patterns. We offer a wide selection of stamps to choose from in a range of styles and patterns.

Stamped concrete is professional looking, yet cost-effective. It is a great way to dress up your driveway, patio, parking lot or any type of horizontal surface. Stamped concrete can be used to replicate the natural beauty of stone, wood, cobblestone, brick, pavers, fossils or shells just to name a few.

Decorative Jointing

Decorative jointing is available for new concrete driveways and walkways. Concrete can be soft-cut with expansion joint lines in decorative patterns. This also provides concrete with some relief from stress and temperature variations, which will greatly reduce the possibility of concrete cracking in an un-uniform fashion.

Acid-Color Staining

Acid color staining brings beauty and interest to existing concrete or newly poured concrete. This is another cost effective method to add interest to new landscaping or to save old walkways, entrances and driveways. The effect is often a speckled or variegated appearance in brown, reddish brown or green tones. Acid color staining is especially effective on textured surfaces such as stamped concrete. When properly sealed and protected, acid stains are long-lasting and weather resistant.

Poured-in-Place

You imagine it, we will design and build it! Pre-built or custom forms are used to mold concrete and then removed to reveal the poured-in-place design. Stairways, planters, wall caps, sculpted pool copings and barbecue countertops are all examples of  poured-in place concrete. View our “galleries” section under “design and build” to see additional examples of this technique.
